Japanese Taiko reflect the state of the players mind
like a mirror. They can express the cry of the mind, a prayer, anger, sorrow and joy, which the people, who are struggling to live in this very closed conservative society, wish to do. However the Japanese drums are not a musical instrument for only self expression. When you exchange your feelings and communicate with other players you can create an energetic and powerful musical expression.

We have been looking for a world in which we can communicate and understand others without prejudice of any kind. Through the Japanese Taiko drum we hope to discover that other part of ourselves that we tend so easily to forget in our every day lives.

If we can experience such a feeling we should all be very grateful.
